Unless they come to our Istanbul headquarters for the opportunity to meet the team, it is usual for new clients to disregard this.

With devoted clients, we have established a routine. They are accustomed to us. They've met the team, experienced a tour of our manufacturing facilities, and experienced firsthand how we operate. Nevertheless, it's customary for new clients to concentrate just on the project manager and when something goes wrong, the initial reaction usually involves assuming that the project manager is by themselves at fault.

This arises because they are essentially unsighted to the gears that are turning in the background. A project manager is like a conductor leading an orchestra; they are more than merely coordinators. Sometimes, prospective clients have their doubts until they come to see our Istanbul office and the staff in action.

We routinely extend invitations to prospective clients to pay us a personal visit on account of this factor. Interpersonal communication possesses a unique quality that alleviates concerns. A video conference is occasionally inadequate to fully communicate the proficiency and dedication of our team. It is imperative to traverse the factory floor, absorb the atmosphere, and engage in a handshake with the individuals who contribute to the realization of your vision.

We Exist

It is imperative for us as directors and project managers to visit our clients, too. For a new relationship or an on-going partnership, face-to-face communication is essential. We do this primarily for two reasons:

For our current clientele, it's about preserving confidence. We're not a vendor that appears only when something goes wrong or vice versa—rather, we're proactive, dedicated, and present. We exist.

Within the context of a potential client, these visits constitute an opportunity to convey our organizational identity. We encompass more than merely an email address or a website. It is our desire to express that our team comprises individuals actively engaged in the concrete world, prepared to address their requirements and personally resolve any challenges they may encounter.

This is the message that we are trying to spread: "We are not inanimate objects. Even when project-related situations become complex, we don't give up easily. We constantly continue to our commit to offer assistance and work together to find reasonable solutions."

So “What’s in the Box?”

Now, let me revisit the box analogy. To many of our new partners, arcoglobal may at first glance appear to be a well-presented and comprehensive millwork supplier capable of effortlessly managing their projects. However, they may not fully appreciate the extent of the effort involved in each project until they delve deeper into the details. This situation is akin to purchasing a sophisticated technological device; it initially presents itself as sleek and uncomplicated, but upon further examination, one discovers intricate components, instruction manuals, and complex parts that collectively contribute to the creation of something truly remarkable.

Meticulous manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and a very well-organized project management process are all part of arcoglobal's "box." More significantly, though, it involves individuals.
