During the interview process, which includes an online and a face-to-face interview, we always make sure that candidates are informed about the result of their interview, whether positive or negative. We provide the training and resources necessary for our employees to make a successful transition in the event of a promotion or change of role. During this process, we provide comprehensive support so that they can adapt to their new duties quickly and effectively, and create opportunities for their development.
With orientation training, we aim for employees to adapt to the company quickly. We leverage certain human resources portals to help new hires and probationary employees reach training videos with a focus on technical work, communication, and project management and to share the experience our company has gained in the sector with each of our employees. We consider professional development and vocational high schools as important stakeholders in our sector and carry out cooperation activities. We participate in sector-based career fairs and organize summer or long-term internship programs for high school and university students, giving young talents a strong start in their careers.
Work Environment:
We consider the health and safety of our employees as a top priority and provide them with a safe and motivating work environment.
In the common areas of our Head Office building, there are social spaces reserved for fun activities such as drinking coffee or playing table tennis or foosball.
Working Model
We implement a hybrid working model so that our employees can maintain their work-life balance. We provide the opportunity to work remotely for certain days and hours in the weekly work schedule planned according to the department’s requirements.
Orientation
Our company’s orientation policy is planned to ensure that our new employees learn the company culture, policies and business processes quickly and effectively. If there is any change in current employees, we update our orientation program accordingly.
Our orientation plan consists of items such as our company introduction, the history of our company, our group companies, our HR policies, department introductions, our company rules, our entry-exit hours and working order, departmental duties and responsibilities, general use of office devices, basic OHS and vocational training dates, as well as access to our orientation videos, business processes and social activities.
We have a Buddy System that we implement to help our new employees adapt to the job quickly and successfully. Every new hire is assigned a buddy who helps them understand the workplace culture and adapt to processes while at the same time guiding them through their daily workflow.
Career & Performance Management
We care about supporting our employees in their career journeys by taking into account their talents and interests.
We support our employees’ career development with regular performance assessments and feedback. By providing such feedback, we enable employees to identify their strengths and areas for development.
We use a feedback method where our current employees can share information about all the issues they want to express using the Employee Satisfaction Survey applications that we publish for white-collar and blue-collar employees at the end of each year.
Employee Commitment and Communication
We listen to our employees’ opinions and evaluate improvement opportunities at employee representative meetings and through the implementation of wish & suggestion evaluation sessions.
Employee Feedback Processes
We conduct employee satisfaction surveys at regular intervals to increase employee satisfaction. We take into consideration all kinds of feedback and create necessary actions and plans. Every piece of feedback received is critical to supporting the development of our company and increasing workplace satisfaction.
At the end of our new employees’ probation period, we conduct a survey so that they can evaluate their experiences and provide feedback on their first impressions and adaptation processes in the workplace.
